The Hive is a people-first agency based in Interior, BC, working with professional service and SaaS businesses that can feel the friction but aren’t sure where it starts. Sometimes our job is to find where the journey breaks down. Other times, it’s rolling up our sleeves and fixing it, from onboarding flows and SOPs to the systems behind them. Either way, we keep it human: plain language, real conversations and no corporate jargon.
