The Hive Process

A clear process, from first conversation to a journey that works.

Every engagement follows the same people-first path: understand the journey, find the friction, then design and deliver the fix. You can start at the stage that fits your business, and you'll always know what happens next.

Six stages.
Start wherever fits.

1. Start a conversation A free intro call to talk through your challenges and goals, check fit and agree whose journey to focus on. You receive: a recommendation on the right first step.

2. Onboarding We confirm the agreement and timeline, hold a kickoff, and set up access to the people and systems involved. You receive: a welcome pack, timeline and a clear list of what we need from you.

3. Journey Snapshot or Baseline You receive: a snapshot report with a journey health scorecard and five key improvement opportunities (Snapshot), or a journey map, pain-point register, prioritized plan, project plan and priced options (Baseline).

4. Design & Delivery We design the improved journey and its assets, build them in your tools and manage the project through to launch. You receive: designed flows, templates and content, live and working in your tools.

5. Offboarding We hand everything over, train your team and review the results against your starting point. You receive: a handover pack, documentation and a before-and-after view.

6. Partnership A monthly retainer for ongoing measurement, upkeep and improvement. You receive: weekly audited reports, a monthly report and continuous improvement.

Working together.

Alongside your team, not instead of it.

  • Collaborative. We work with business owners, leadership teams, staff and your existing providers, combining an outside view with the knowledge already in your business.

  • Remote-first, locally connected. The Hive works primarily online, so businesses across B.C. and beyond can get support without regular in-person meetings. Based in Kamloops, we can meet in person where it adds value to the work.

  • Project-led. Every engagement is planned and managed by a PMP®-certified project lead, with clear milestones, regular updates and one accountable point of contact.

The overview page displays project details such as start and end dates, a message section, and options to upload files or send messages. The top of the page features a dark header with a gold and dark blue theme.

Every engagement runs through a secure client hub, so your project information stays clear and easy to find:

  • Progress: current stage, upcoming milestones and task status

  • Shared files: journey maps, plans, reports and documented processes

  • Payments and invoices: billing history and secure payments

  • Agreements: signed agreements and project scopes

  • Communication: feedback, questions and updates in one shared thread
