See where your client journey breaks, and what to fix first.
Journey Snapshot
A focused, fixed-price review of one group’s journey, either your clients or your team. Within about two weeks of your discovery call, we hold up to two stakeholder interviews and deliver a snapshot report with a journey health scorecard and five key improvement opportunities. A 45-minute readout walks you through the findings, followed by a 14-day email follow-up for any questions.
Book a Journey Baseline within 60 days of your readout and the full $950 is credited.
What’s included in your Snapshot.
We review one group's journey.
You choose whose experience to focus on: your clients or your team. We review it from onboarding through service delivery to offboarding, using a consistent, structured approach. It’s lighter than the Journey Baseline: broad enough to show where the greatest friction is, focused enough to deliver in about two weeks.
At each stage, we look at: communication, processes, systems and technology, and how the service is delivered. We also note what’s already working, so you can build on it rather than replace it.
You receive:
✓ Up to two stakeholder interviews
✓ A snapshot report with a journey health scorecard
✓ Five key improvement opportunities, ordered by likely impact
✓ A 45-minute online readout to walk through the findings
✓ A 14-day email follow-up for any questions
From first conversation to five key improvement opportunities
1. Start a conversation. A free intro call to talk through what’s happening and confirm the Snapshot is the right first step.
2. Agree and book. We confirm whose journey we’re reviewing and the timing. The Snapshot is invoiced when you sign.
3. Review. You complete a short questionnaire, then we hold a kickoff call where you walk us through how things work today. We follow up with up to two stakeholder interviews and a look at the key tools and templates you use.
4. Readout. You receive a snapshot report with a journey health scorecard and five key improvement opportunities. We walk through them in a recorded 45-minute online session.
5. Decide what’s next. Act on the opportunities yourself, book a Quick Fix, move to a Journey Baseline (with the full $950 credited if booked within 60 days of your readout), or start Design & Delivery. You also have 14 days to send follow-up questions by email.
Turnaround: About two weeks from your kickoff call to your readout.
