I’m Fiona Haynes, and like most good stories, getting here wasn’t exactly a straight line.

I started my career in design and art direction in Australia before moving into marketing, digital, web, and eventually, project management. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work with national brands as well as growing local businesses across a wonderfully varied mix of projects; Websites. Campaigns. Branding. Digital platforms. Teams. Budgets. Timelines.

Along the way, I’ve faced more than a few moments where someone has looked at me and said, “We have a bit of a problem…” Honestly? Those are some of my favorite moments.

I simply like figuring things out. I enjoy getting underneath the surface, connecting the dots, and turning a tangled situation into a practical, step-by-step plan we can actually execute.

While my PMP certification is useful for bringing structure to the chaos, years of being in the middle of real projects have taught me that good project management is about a lot more than timelines and spreadsheets.

It’s about people. It's about clear communication. It's about knowing when to dig deeper, when to keep things moving, and occasionally knowing when everyone just needs to step away from the computer and grab a coffee.
