Built on experience from both sides of the table.

Fiona Haynes, PMP®, has more than 15+ years in marketing, design and the creative industry, including over five years in project and digital management. She has worked as an art director and project manager in agencies across Canada, on local, national and international brands, and on the client side, so she understands how a service is designed, delivered and received.
